The DWP expressed deep regret following the inquest, which revealed that the mother of nine, with six grandchildren, "had lost hope" at her life's end.

These include 16 ST postcodes covering most of Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Kidsgrove, Stone and Stafford. This is in addition to other ST postcodes that were triggered earlier this month.
