A new study published in February found that those who ate yogurt more than twice a week had a lower rate of colon cancer than those who ate it less frequently.

Yogurt is not only just part of a delicious breakfast. A new study led by Mass General Brigham researchers found it may also have protective benefits against a certain type of aggressive colon cancer.

According to researchers at MGB, those who have two or more servings of yogurt weekly tend to have a reduced risk of one type of colon cancer.
