If you miss the nostalgic Windows 95-98 look and user interface, you can get the classic taskbar back using RetroBar on Windows 11/10.
Using these Registry files you can add 'Personalize (Classic)' item & sub-items to Windows 11/10 Context Menu. This will open old classic Personalize applet.
