Astronaut Butch Williams said responsibility for the troubled Boeing Starliner flight falls on him, but also on NASA, Boeing and everyone else who worked on the mission.
Since the return of the uncrewed Starliner capsule, NASA and Boeing have conducted extensive postflight data analysis. More than 70 percent of flight observations and in-flight anomalies have been resolved at program-level control boards, though major propulsion system issues are expected to remain open into 2025.
