In a press briefing on Supreme Court spokesperson Camille Ting said that the House of Representatives, Senate and House Secretary Reginald Velasco to comment on the petition within a non-extendible period of 10 days from notice.
The Senate does not require a special session to convene as an impeachment court for the trial of Vice President Sara Duterte, a member of the House of Representatives prosecution panel said on Tuesday.
