EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — Aaron Rodgers became the fifth player in NFL history to throw 500 career regular-season touchdown passes, accomplishing the feat in the second quarter of the New York Jets’ game against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.

In Week 18 against the Miami Dolphins, Rodgers became just the fifth quarterback to surpass the 500-touchdown mark, joining Tom Brady (649), Drew Brees (571), Peyton Manning (539) and Brett Favre (508) on the elite list.

Aaron Rodgers and the Jets won their final game of the season, but it most definitely was not what they had in mind when they opened the year with ambitious Super Bowl aspirations.
