Titans coach Brian Callahan has dipped into his past and added a former NFL head coach to the team’s staff. The Titans announced the hiring Thursday of senior offensive assistant Mike McCoy, who guided the then-San Diego Chargers to a 27-37 record over four seasons from 2013-16.
