A Grand Rapids, Michigan, woman is suing Monster Beverage Corp., the maker of Monster Energy drinks, after she claims she found a dead mouse in a Monster Energy drink can.

This is not the first lawsuit of its kind. In 2011, Monster Energy was sued by a man named Vitaliy Sulzhik, who claimed he found a mouse in his energy drink after opening and consuming part of it.
