As Washington Commanders kicker Zane Gonzalez was walking onto the field at Raymond James Stadium to attempt a game-winning kick, his obsessive-compulsive disorder was on display to a national television audience.

The Commanders kicker’s routine has nothing to do with style — it’s obsessive compulsion, which he has dealt with since he was a kid.

Commanders kicker Zane Gonzalez had a full practice Wednesday after limited work Tuesday with a hip injury. The team began contingency plans Wednesday by working out Aldrick Rosas, Matthew Wright and Tucker McCann.
