Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp says the damage Hurricane Helene left in Georgia is "unprecedented" and like no storm the state has faced before. More then 500,000 people remain without power.
The former president is one of several politicians to visit Valdosta after Hurricane Helene brought lashing winds and catastrophic flooding to the region.
