Police found a shooting victim dead in Gresham’s Vance Park on Thursday afternoon. No arrests have been made, the Gresham Police Department said in a statement.

GRESHAM, Ore. (KATU) — One person was shot and killed in Gresham on Thursday afternoon. Police were called to Vance Park on Southeast 182nd Avenue near Market Street at 4:15 p.m. The suspect or suspects were gone before police arrived. No other information was immediately available, but police said they are investigating.
