Three individuals have been arrested after an investigation led to the discovery of meth and a loaded gun in a suspected vehicle in the Village of Delhi. A jury acquitted 84-year-old David Zandstra after deliberating for an hour on Friday. Zandstra was charged in the summer of 2023 with kidnapping and killing Gretchen Harrington.

A Delaware County jury has found an elderly pastor accused in the 1975 cold case murder of 8-year-old Gretchen Harrington of Broomall, Pennsylvania, not guilty.

A former Delaware County pastor was found not guilty in a decades-old murder and kidnapping case. 84-year-old David Zandstra was charged in the 1975 killing of 8-year-old Gretchen Harrington. Prosecutors said Harrington disappeared while walking from her home to a bible school.
