A man went on a shooting rampage in the streets of Cetinje in western Montenegro on Friday, killing 10 people, including two children, before being shot dead by a passerby, officials said.
"Cetinje is a town where some 90 per cent of the people are against the Serbian Orthodox Church, where there is hate towards everyone who is not Montenegrin," Vucic said in Belgrade.
