AN EXTRAORDINARY council meeting will be held after a damning report into Powys County Council’s education service.

It was lovely to return to my former primary school, Ysgol Bryn Deva in Connah’s Quay last week. This was the perfect opportunity to congratulate the school on their recent excellent Estyn report.
