Icon of the Seas and Wonder of the Seas are Royal Caribbean's newest and largest cruise ships. I stayed in both of their balcony staterooms — a $130-per-person-per-day difference.

It might be worth it, for example, to book an interior on Wonder of the Seas rather than a balcony on an older Royal Caribbean ship. Some passengers, however, have their rules and won't compromise.
