The Library of Birmingham will be lit up in honour of the city's most famous son, Ozzy Osbourne. The heavy metal legend and Black Sabbath frontman died on Tuesday, July 22, surrounded by his family.

The total original budget for Birmingham’s Community Library Services was £6.16 million, with libraries and neighbourhood advice service staffing accounting for the majority of that.
