I’m going to be demonstrating this using VirtualBox 5.2.2. What platform VirtualBox is running upon doesn’t matter. However, for the sake of transparency, mine is running on Elementary OS.

Open VirtualBox, select one of the virtual machines, and click Settings. Click on the Network tab, and you should see your adapter is still set to Bridged (Figure A). Notice the Name setting.

Now using VirtualBox, create an Ubuntu virtual machine on which to run Ansible. In VirtualBox, click the blue “New” icon. Type in the name of our virtual server: Ansible Server.
