Billy Two Rivers, originally from the Kahnawake reserve, is suing musician Van Morrison after his image was used on the cover of Morrison’s new album sans permission.

Morrison's Roll with the Punches is due out on September 22 via Universal. The label has yet to comment on the lawsuit.
