Memphis Grizzlies All-Star Jaren Jackson Jr. left the game in the third quarter on Tuesday night against the Utah Jazz after taking an elbow to the face. Jackson was attempting to block a shot at the rim when he was hit with an incidental elbow and went to the locker room.
