The Changing Face of Transit GO Transit has changed since its beginnings in the 1960s. The Union Bus Station Terminal was a familiar sight to commuters throughout the GTA.

The TTC says the station revamp is on time and on budget. The TTC says its ongoing $161-million project to build a second platform and other improvements at Union Station is on time and on budget.

Remember back in mid-2021 when Toronto Mayor John Tory announced the completion of the protracted Union Station revitalization project, and the city responded with a collective, "yea, sure, buddy"?
