The Downtown Victoria Business Association revealed plans Thursday to stage a $500,000 light extravaganza at Centennial Square over the Christmas season this year.

The Country Lights Festival is located at 850 19th St. S. in Sartell. The lights are on every day from dusk to dawn through Dec. 31, and admissions and additional events are free for visitors.
