When you turn on Track Changes under the Review tab, Word keeps a record of all changes made to the document, including insertions, deletions, and formatting adjustments.

It will apparently record and report on any modifications being made to the bug itself - kind of like the Track Changes option in your Word document.

Though not as pleasant to use as Pages, Office² HD, an Office-compatible suite of iOS apps, supports both Track Changes and comments. Also, Office² HD is $8, compared to Pages’ $10 price tag.
