The City of Topeka says 10th and Frazier will be closed until the pavement is repaired. They are not sure how long that will take. Eastbound traffic will get around it using Gage, Huntoon and Oakley.

Three people were taken to a Topeka hospital with ... two vehicles shortly about 7:10 p.m. Sunday on S.W. 10th Street, about one block west of S.W. Gage Boulevard, authorities said.
