A new sergeant-at-arms has been appointed in B.C., nearly three years after the last person to hold the position was caught up in a spending scandal that rocked the legislature.
Sergeants-at-arms from legislatures across Canada, and even some from the U.S. and the U.K., are on P.E.I. this week for their annual Canadian conference.
