Already there is probably too much talk of snow for most of us for this time of year. Sunday night and Monday could have a meaningful snow for late March.

In Oswego County, Palermo has seen 136.1 inches accumulate over the past three weeks. And there aren’t too many areas in the rest of the Lower 48 with comparable levels of snow.
