Arizona real estate investor Todd Talbot said he paid $80,000 for the house in the Phoenix suburb of Glendale and spent another $20,000 fixing it up. The total value, he maintains is $125,000.

The Fall Home Show runs from Friday, Sept. 27 to Sunday, Sept. 29 at the Enercare Centre, Exhibition Place, Toronto. Love It or List It Vancouver real estate expert Todd Talbot is among presenters.

Talbot's other passion is real estate. Talbot has owned and renovated properties, founded real estate companies and worked with clients to buy and sell homes. Both hosts currently live in Vancouver.
