Apr. 7—In a sign that Cobb County home prices continue to rise, the county's chief appraiser is projecting that this year's tax digest will grow by 13%, outstripping last year's 12.3% increase.

Homes in Cobb County sold for a median price of $290,000 in the last year, but there are still some ZIP codes where you can find a bargain, according to the AJC 2020 Metro Atlanta Home Sales Report.
