The Tacoma Dome Link Extension is part of the $54 billion Sound Transit 3 Plan that was approved for funding by voters in 2016.

Tacoma isn’t the only community that will be affected by this expansion. There will be new stations in South Federal Way, Fife, East Tacoma, and near the Tacoma Dome.

Tacoma’s K-pop shows often attract fans from Canada and across the West. The five members of (G)I-DLE will be playing the Tacoma Dome on Sept. 6.
