The 72-seater, twin-engine turboprop ATR 72-500, left Mactan Cebu International Airport in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu at 7:40 a.m. and landed at the Ormoc airport at 8:25 a.m. or 45 minutes later.

At noon, the SuperCat departed from its port of origin, Ormoc City, carrying 197 passengers to Cebu City. At the same time, the cargo vessel LCT Poseidon was on its way to Ormoc City from Ouano Wharf.

SuperCat has 11 fastcraft plying the following routes: Cebu-Ormoc, Cebu-Tabilaran, Batangas-Calapan and Bacolod-Iloilo as one of its wholly-owned subsidiaries.
