The game has now been removed from Steam in Malaysia and Steam access restored in the area. Fight of Gods is still on sale in multiple regions, including the UK.

You couldn't access the web page, you couldn't get to the storefront, you couldn't even play your Steam games. All IP addresses in Malaysia were blocked from accessing the Steam store.
