Most sliding patio door handles are pretty straightforward: there’s the handle and the lock, usually a lever or a button. Not much to improve on there, right? Not according to Carbon Design Group.

First, they’re harder to lock. I haven’t found an elegant solution for locking a sliding door and usually end up using a hasp and padlock or a lockable gate latch if there’s a pair of doors.
