Six Mile Lake Provincial Park runs a bit of a Discovery Program, but only during July and August. As we camped there in October, we didn’t even see signage of what the programming looked like.

Investigators said a man’s body was discovered on the lake in the area of the Six Mile Creek boat ramp around 6:40 p.m. Forsyth County firefighters retrieved the body and brought it to shore.
