The University of Oklahoma has expelled two students - both of whom were members of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity - school officials say were ringleaders behind a racist chant captured on video.

Police have not said whether alcohol was involved. The national office of Sigma Alpha Epsilon did not respond to a request for comment. The chapter was established at FSU on March 5, 1949.
