It can be found in the Forgotten Temple with coordinates: -1071, 2682, -0081. It's also the same place where you'd find the main map of the Geoglyphs/Dragon's Tears.

It is found in the Forgotten Temple at the exact coordinates -1070, 2682, -0081 in Tears of the Kingdom. When you get there, you’ll see the statue has seen better days.
