The first Tennessee store, located at 2045 Genesis Road, opened in Crossville in 2022. The second store is located at 170 Buc-ee’s Blvd. in Kodak, near Sevierville.

On July 3, the Sevierville Planning Commission approved continuing to explore the development proposal on Red Bank Road. This does not mean the project is approved.
