Sturm Ruger & Co. is acquiring firearm maker Anderson Manufacturing. Sturm Ruger did not release terms of the deal, which includes Anderson's manufacturing facility and machinery.

William B. Ruger, a flinty entrepreneur who turned a childhood fascination with guns into the United States' largest firearms manufacturing company, died July 6 at his home in Prescott, Ariz.
