Emett’s Dream Machines As part of a yearly winter tradition, Emett dream machines — kinetic sculptures created by eccentric inventor Rowland Emett — are back at the Ontario Science Centre.
As well as his machines Rowland Emett's distinctive drawings, designs and illustrations are included in the exhibition. Emett's drawings featured in Punch, adverts and wartime booklets.
" Rowland Emett's Dream Machines are such whimsical, intricate sculptures that capture the imagination and wonder of the holiday season," said Paul Kortenaar, CEO, Ontario Science Centre.
