The carnival, organised by Rotherham Borough Council, was held to celebrate the high street. Amy Lilley from the council said bringing the puppet to the carnival had been "an amazing opportunity".

Roots Rotherham Street Carnival will take place on Saturday 29th March, marking a highlight of the borough’s Children’s Capital of Culture programme this year.
