ROLLING HILLS ESTATES, Calif. (KABC) -- It's been a stressful week for many residents in Rolling Hills Estates who have been forced to evacuate due to a destructive landslide.
The chair of the Executive Office of the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors said at least 12 homes in Rolling Hills Estates were evacuated after cracks were spotted forming on a property.
That declaration can now happen, since Rolling Hills Estates has declared its own emergency, according to a city staff report. Property tax relief, though, is just one of many worries for residents.
