Something I find interesting -- encouraging, even -- is that while there haven't been any new mini iPhones since the iPhone 13 mini, some people are still clinging onto them for dear life.

While the "standard" iPhone came in just over 2.8 inches wide, the Mini was much narrower at 2.53 inches. It was a nice addition to the line, but when the iPhone 14 hit in 2022, it was gone.

All of the iPhone 15 and iPhone 16 models that Apple currently sells have between 6.1-inch and 6.9-inch displays, whereas the iPhone 12 mini and iPhone 13 mini had 5.4-inch displays.

The iPhone 13 mini was 5.18 inches tall, 2.53 inches wide, and had a 5.4-inch display. The iPhone SE 3 fell somewhere between the two, as it was 5.45 inches tall and 2.65 inches wide.

With a 5.4-inch display, the iPhone 13 Mini wouldn’t exactly fit in today’s market of larger screens, but for users that preferred smaller phones, it was a godsend.
