Prior to 2019, The Pokemon Company was printing about 2 billion cards per year, but they’ve seen their print runs grow steadily in size as interest in the card game.

At the Print Group, master plates are created to match each colour on the cards, then these are dipped in ink. Then, you'll be mesmerised by watching the cards come to 'life' on the paper.

There have been re-printings of base set cards in the past, but this may be the first re-print containing the entire original 102 cards in the set. Hopefully, there will be confirmation for this soon.
