Among the dozens of people startled and then shocked by a deadly shooting next to a Popeyes restaurant in broad daylight is a woman who works nearby. The woman asked WLWT not to reveal her identity.
The police's investigation prompted temporary closures of businesses in the vicinity, including a Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Walgreens, Shell gas station and Dunkin' Donuts coffee shop.
