In Pokemon Sword and Shield, there are many kinds of Poke Balls that can be used to catch them all. While there aren't any new types of balls in generation 8, all the old reliables return once again.

Similar to other Poké Ball replicas from The Wand Company, the Beast Ball features proximity and touch sensing, so it can change colors or start a Pokémon catching sequence.
