NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — A gold pocket watch belonging to the captain of the sunken Hunley will be on display starting this weekend, according to Friends of the Hunley.

A pocket watch found among the remains of Capt. George Dixon inside the submarine H.L. Hunley is on display at the Warren Lasch Conservation Center in North Charleston on June 2, 2022.
