Okuda San Miguel, the Madrid muralist known simply as Okuda by arts aficionados, will lead the $750,000 effort to paint a series of 70-year-old silos in Saginaw’s Old Town business district.
It's being painted on grain silos that sit along the train tracks near the intersection of M-62 and Elkhart Road. When finished, it will depict a train going through the town, with flowers and trees.
