Residents in North Sioux City, South Dakota, will soon see road construction once again after last year’s historic flooding.

According to the North Dakota Monitor, construction begins in 2025 as an expansion of the Heritage Center on the Capitol Grounds in Bismarck, and visitors are eager to see the end result.
