SEATTLE -- Holland America Line's Noordam will leave the fleet in November and begin a new life as the Thomson Celebration in 2005 with Thomson Holidays, a U.K. agency and tour operator.

Noordam responded to a call for aid at approximately 12:35 p.m. local time to assist the 79-foot sightseeing vessel Baranof Wind, which was experiencing mechanical troubles near Johns Hopkins Glacier.
