The emoji thing, particularly, is absurd. Slack is literally saying that they need to feed your conversations into an AI system so that they can provide better emoji recommendations.

Once custom emoji are uploaded into Teams, they’ll only be visible within the same organization domain. Microsoft says that general availability for custom emoji is expected sometime this July.
