Nevada employers to pay more for workplace safety violations. Here’s how much Nevada OSHA is increasing penalties for safety violations at work starting Jan. 15.

Among them are inspectors with "limited knowledge" of construction safety hazards, lack of follow-up investigations and failure to issue citations for willful and repeat workplace safety violations.

According to a press release, Nevada OSHA's administrative penalties will go up by 3.24%, which is goes into effect for penalties assessed on or after Jan. 15, 2024.
