Tap the gear-shaped icon at the bottom of the screen to open Settings. Select Network & Internet and tap SIMs. Scroll down and tap Access Point Names. Tap the name of your carrier.

When this happens, you may see a red X mark on the network icon. However, when diagnosing, if you receive a message stating ‘ Network cable unplugged,’ you may not be able to access the internet.
